About this app

With the My Personal Running Coach app you can create your personalized running training program and monitor your progress day after day thanks to the advice of coaches Roberto Martini and Daniele Gaiola.

Within the app you will be able to:

📈 Save and always monitor your personal bests and calculate your training pace based on them

😊 Monitor your daily sensations by changing the program according to them.
📲 Synchronize your workouts thanks to the possibility of linking your Strava account to the app

And many other functions such as training in the app, videos of the coaches always available, an internal chat to exchange views and opinions relating to the world of running, a technical assistance chat available to help you in case of problems.

You will be able to generate the form based on your goals, from forms for beginners to forms for advanced athletes, both on the road and for trail running, from short distances such as 5 or 10km to ultramarathons 🚀.
All the cards have been written individually by the coaches and are assigned following a questionnaire that will be submitted before the creation of the card itself.

The programs for beginners are available for free while the more advanced programs are available at a very cheap price in relation to the proposed cards and will allow you to train for 4 months 🔥
