The app uses official portals that are already publicly available without any specific credentials, such as the challan portals.
The main source of information comes from the publicly available website called https://echallan.tspolice.gov.in/publicview/. Which if official Portal of Telangana Traffic Police.
Payments:
The app provides a convenient way for users to pay their traffic fines using Paytm's officially available challan collection page. The app does not collect any payment from the user.
The App Do not maintain any payment facilities on its own, just for convince of the users we are Providing official Payment page of Paytm which one of the Popular options to pay challans online, whenever user clicks on payment Button it will take the user to Paytm’s collection page. if the user already installed with Paytm app it will open Paytm app in mobile.
