Instance files is the application that allows to easily identify a file, through essential search filters, which can be applied individually or cumulatively. The list of results returned following a search, allows a detailed consultation of the files, providing information such as: file number, status, date, instance, section, object, matter, date of last modification, parts of the file and the quality of each, hearings and appeals (type of appeal, date and declaring party).For each meeting, read details about the date the meeting was/will be held, the time, the panel, the solution type, the summary solution and the associated document.
Monitoring is done with a simple click next to the files you want to monitor and ensures the automatic addition of the deadlines in the file to the application's Calendar. Also, the monitoring results in the user being notified of the changes made to the file.
From the calendar, when accessing the desired term, the transfer is made to the detailed display mode of the information in the file. The list of folders monitored by the authenticated user can be accessed from the My Folders menu.
In the application Calendar, you can also add your own events, which are required in situations such as: timely submission of documents to the case file or presentation in court or in front of other authorities, etc.
Calendar events can also be easily saved in your phone's Calendar, where you can set sound alarms at the date and time of the deadline.
