Use your Trinity Health MyChart account to manage your health information and communicate with your care team from your mobile device.With the MyChart App, you can:
•tReview test results, medications, immunization history and more
•tView and pay your bill
•tMessage your doctor
•tSchedule or change your appointments
•tRequest prescription refills
•tUpload health and fitness information from your health app or other self-tracking programs such as FitBit
If you do not already have a MyChart account, you must first create your account through mychart.trinity-health.org or contact your doctor's office for assistance.
