Wafa Santé is a free application for members benefiting from group health insurance or supplementary health insurance from Wafa Assurance. The application allows members to access all the information relating to their insurance in real time (disease records, beneficiaries, costs incurred, status and amount of reimbursement, additional information, etc.). Insured members can also request Coverage online or submit an additional health file.Non-members also have the option of using the Wafa Santé application to consult duty pharmacies and approved healthcare centres.
Main Features:
- Access duty pharmacies and approved centres;
- Consult the disease files by member and by beneficiary;
- Follow the progress of disease files until reimbursement;
- Be informed of the status of the file (missing information, return visit, etc.);
- Access all information related to the member and its beneficiaries in a reliable and secure manner;
- Modify bank details.
