About this app
The first step towards stress-free manoeuvres, professional navigation skills and solid specialist knowledge has already been taken with the Skipper-Praxis app. All 150 chapters of the 6 topics (sailing manoeuvres, harbor manoeuvres, single-handed sailing, anchoring, safety, navigation) cleverly combine practice-oriented videos with understandable, illustrated text and book contributions. For a quick refresher in between, we have integrated additional checklists with all the essential points of a maneuver or topic. Our colorful crew consists of the yacht master instructor Clemens Stecher, the skipper trainer Kai Linnenbrügger and the well-known single-handed sailor Guido Dwersteg. The Skipper-Praxis app is an unprecedented multimedia mix of specific maneuver instructions, specialist knowledge, tips and tricks. In addition, the app can also be used very well to prepare for the SKS, SSS or Yachtmaster.For a personal impression, every tenth chapter is freely available in all subject areas, i.e. chapters 1, 11, 21, etc.
