ZTimeline Workflow Enterprise Edition is the app that allows employees to justify absences or overtime and get them approved in just a few clicks. In this way, it is possible to reduce the time required to use or visualize one’s own WorkFlow and limit the usage of computers.ZTimeline Workflow records requests on smartphone and tablet, so that the company and the workers can save time since its uniqueness lies in being natively integrated with:

All useful resources for collaborators and supervisors are therefore available 24/7, from any place and also for those who do not have a fixed PC station like shifters, on-site employees or sales people. Users can also insert information without an Internet connection, simply by inserting a draft.
With the ZTimeline WorkFlow app it is possible to:
•tInsert new requests related to justifications, missed punches and shift changes (planned or chosen)
•tJustify anomalies in three ways, with different specifications for each insertion
•tChoose two quick justifications, that allow users to justify, in just one click, the whole anomaly or just an extra-hour
•tOpen in zoon mode the list of justifications that can entirely cover the absence or the extra-hour without asking for further information
•tInsert all info in a complete way
•tWhere possible, cancel a previous insertion
•tEnable supervisors to coordinate the operational flow, approving and denying, even massively, pending requests
•tFilter all the information present in the timeline by justification type or by group

WHO IS IT DEDICATED TO?
The ZTimeline Workflow Enterprise Edition app is available for all companies that purchased Zucchetti HR Infinity Suite (HR Portal e HR WorkFlow).
OPERATIONAL NOTES
In order for the app to work properly, the company needs to purchase the ZTimeline WorkFlow Enterprise Edition license and enable all employees before making them download the app from the store.
It is necessary to install the HR Portal’s 08.00.00 version (or higher) and the HR Workflow’s 09.00.02 version (or higher)
