Selection of Candidates for Polri Officers is a selection process to select the best candidates to become Polri officers. This selection involves a series of rigorous tests and stages, and aims to ensure that prospective officers have the skills and qualities needed to become effective and responsible police leaders.The following are the stages of selection for Candidates for National Police Officers:
Registration: Officer candidates register online and complete the registration form.
Administrative Selection: Administrative selection is carried out to check the completeness of documents and registration requirements.
Academic Potential Test (TPA): The TPA test covers the verbal, numerical, and logical abilities of prospective officers.
Health Tests: Health tests include physical and mental examinations, including urine and blood tests.
Physical Competency Test (TKJ): A physical fitness test is conducted to evaluate the physical readiness of prospective officers.
Interview Test: Candidates for officers will be interviewed by the selection team to assess interpersonal skills and personality.
Psychological Tests: Psychological tests include personality tests and interest and aptitude tests.
