WHEN IN ROCHESTER MN is your official handheld travel guide to the city of Rochester, Minnesota. Use your phone to find restaurants, hotels, shopping, entertainment, and events that are happening during your visit.This app was created to help you have smooth, seamless, and positive experiences as you find your way around the city, navigate between appointments, and find things to do and places to go. Three organizations—Experience Rochester MN, Destination Medical Center, and Mayo Clinic—partnered to develop the app.

• Search for Rochester's best restaurants by cuisine type or find dining options nearby
• Find hotel accommodations for your stay
• The Explore section lists things to do, restaurants, and hotels by category
• The Near Me section gives you suggestions of things to do, restaurants, and hotels based on proximity to your location
• If you’re not sure what you’re looking for, the “Surprise Me” button provides unexpected information about our city and offers fun suggestions for things to do and places to go
• Build a list of favorites as you navigate the app. Just tap the bookmarks button for any location and it will save to your bookmarks page, providing an easy way for you to find places you’ve been to or are interested in.
