myVisionTrack® must be prescribed by your healthcare provider in order to use the app.Introducing myVisionTrack® – the app designed for people with macular diseases to make managing their vision simple and efficient. myVisionTrack ® lets you test your vision from the comfort of your home, or anywhere you take your smartphone or tablet, by providing a convenient option to use between your scheduled clinic visits. Within the app is a simple vision activity called shape discrimination hyperacuity (SDH). Start by picking the shapes that look different with each eye. From there, myVisionTrack ® helps detect if there are changes in your vision. The results are then automatically shared with your healthcare provider, so they can schedule an in-office checkup for further testing, if necessary.
