NewNode is a messenger that keeps working during internet outages, natural disasters, and government-initiated shutdowns.Based on peer-to-peer technology (like BitTorrent), it connects mobile phones directly to each other if no cellular or WiFi connection is present. It will work in the desert or in the forest.
NewNode has no central server so it cannot be shut down or censored.
