Great leadership requires self-leadership.Most leadership development programs focus on how-tos: how to lead a team, how to influence others, how to lead up, how to get others to follow you. While how-tos are important, we believe they are secondary.
In contrast, Academy Within is a learning company that focuses on intra-leadership, or what we call Intrinsic Leadership.
