The MYO app is a health management app for MYO MIRROR and MYO HOME device users.
You can check the health information measured by MYO MIRROR and MYO HOME on the MYO app and quickly and easily check your health status as it changes through CMB exercise.
What is the CMB movement?
Unlike existing low-frequency EMS (1-100Hz) exercise, low-frequency (1-100HZ) and mid-frequency (2,000Hz-5,000Hz) are used together to allow the frequency signal to reach the muscles directly, thereby eliminating electrical pain and achieving higher efficiency.
