The AST must be ordered at least 15 minutes before the desired trip - or up to seven days in advance. The transport takes place from or to the apartment from or to a stop shown in the timetable. The on-call bus runs according to the normal bus timetables - but only if the trip is booked at least 60 minutes in advance. The on-call bus therefore travels from stop to stop at a fixed time. All RMV tariff tickets are valid on the on-call bus without paying a comfort surcharge.

As a rule, a standard bus is used - an articulated bus or a minibus are also possible depending on the route and time. All vehicles are barrier-free. A limited number of wheelchairs, strollers and bicycles can be taken along.
