USCIS FORM PREPARATION SERVICES $
No need to print dozens of pages. If you select any Form Preparation Service, Signature will send to your home a neatly organized package (at no extra cost) that includes:
•tAll the prepared USCIS Forms needed;
•tDetailed but simple instructions on how to complete and mail your package to USCIS;
•tPersonalized cover letter addressed to USCIS;
•tTable of Contents and exhibit tab separators to help you organize your evidence; and
•tMailing label with the correct USCIS mailing address to mail out your completed package.
After you receive the package from Signature, you are responsible to mail the completed and signed forms, evidence and required filing fees directly to USCIS.
MEMBERSHIPS TO OPTIONAL LEGAL PLANS $

Signature’s memberships to optional Legal Plans connect you with independent, experienced, and vetted Immigration Attorneys who perform legal services at a discounted rate for Signature’s Plan Members by unbundling the services and allowing you to pay the Attorney separately and ONLY for the specific legal services that you need.
In addition to everything that is included in the selected Form Preparation Service, you will also receive:
•tDiscounted rate on the independent Immigration Attorney’s fees;
•t30-minute phone consultation with an experienced and independent Immigration Attorney;
•t5-key-point form(s) review performed by the Attorney to confirm: you meet the eligibility requirements, look for omissions of important and necessary information, spelling errors, conflicting information and to ensure that you have the required initial evidence;
•tDepending on the selected Legal Plan, the Attorney will also sign the forms as the Preparer, and will prepare and sign the personalized cover letter to USCIS.
