The Legislative School of the Manaus City Council, by legal delegation, has the mission of promoting, managing and carrying out training, updating, education and functional improvement of CMM employees. From the composition of the new Board of Directors for the 2021-2022 biennium, in the presidency of Councilor David Reis, the majority of the house understood that the School should have an even greater role: also to serve Manaus society as a whole. The implementation of the Escola do Legislativo CMM project came to fulfill this desire of society, providing qualification, training and professional improvement services, with the offer of free and quality courses, in the EAD format, with a reach of 25,000 users/month, actions that that contribute, especially in the difficult period of post-pandemic recovery, that the citizens of Manaus can be prepared for an insertion or reinsertion in the labor market.
