A group of e-services for Nama Water customers for managing water accounts and bills issued by Nama Water. The following services are considered:Public services:
- Bills Search.
- View monthly dues.
- Online payment of bills.
• Registered services in the Diam portal:
- Add one or more water accounts.
- Sort accounts into groups to facilitate follow-up.
- Upload self- meter readings for bill processes
- Online payment of the bill.
- Account statement and payments record.

-Report water leakage
-Request a new water connection
