'Solid Color Wallpapers' is an application that let's you choose a color from the whole visible spectrum and allows you to set it as wallpaper.You also have the options to save the image in your gallery so you can set it manually as now days some 'Android OS' adaptation do not allow directly to set an image as 'lock' and 'home' screen wallpaper.
