Al Habib Ali bin Muhammad Al Habsyi, a great scholar from Hadraumut, Yemen. He was born in 1259 H / 1839 AD and died in 1333 H / 1913 AD.Mawlid Simtudduror contains the history and life story of the Prophet Muhammad, there are also prayers, verses of praise and prayers in Maulid Simtudduror.
This Mawlid Simtudduror is also commonly referred to by the community as Maulid Habsyi which refers to the name of the author. This maulid has the original title "Simtudduror fi akhbar Maulid Khairil Basyar min akhlaqi wa aushaafi wa siyar" and is abbreviated as Simtudduror.
