The LifeTree app is intended for young people over the age of 12.

About this app

The LifeTree app is intended for young people over 12 years old, and can be a follow-up to the LifeCity app.

The development of the LifeCity app was based on conversations with children, young people, their supervisors and experts from youth care. Their preferences for the development of a digital tool were asked. The children and young people and their supervisors thus had a decisive say in the design of the app. This is how it should be:

- become a supporting tool,
- help to talk to children aged 6 to 12 in the here and now, in a solution-oriented manner.

More information about the LifeCity app can be found at https://lifecity.be

However, the need for a supportive conversation tool is just as great for 12+ young people. That is why a second phase of the FaITH (Facilitating IT in Emergency Services) project now focuses on the development of an app specifically for that target group: the LifeTree app.

The LifeTree app is currently in a testing phase.
