Install the MoveToPlay application first on the parent’s phone, and then on the child’s phone.
The MoveToPlay application was created for the harmonious, physical development and safety of your child and contains the following functions:
Motivate children to exercise - set the number of exercises (jumping, push-ups, squats..., parent's choice) that the child must complete in order to get screen time and access to entertainment applications. The application itself counts the completed exercises.
Extra time for extra exercises - set the number of extra exercises that can be completed during the day to earn your child extra time to use on entertainment apps. The application itself counts the completed exercises.
Parental controls - set a limit for the apps, games, and social networks your child uses the most, and also manage the available screen time on your child's phone.
Schedule - Include a schedule to ensure your child stays focused at school or gets enough rest in the evening. The app will restrict access to entertainment apps based on the schedule you set.
App Statistics - Get information on what apps your child uses and how long they are used - games, social networks and any other apps.
Exercise Statistics - View stats on what exercises your child has completed and how many they have completed in a day or week.
Security - Block apps. Block access to applications that you consider unsafe for your child or your children.
Always in touch - applications for calls and messages will be available: the child will always be in touch, under your supervision.
How does the app know that your child has done exercise or exercise?
The child, putting the phone in front of him, performs exercises. The application, using the front camera, monitors the execution and counts the number of exercises completed.
First install the MoveToPlay application on the parent’s smartphone, and then on the child’s smartphone. A child will not be able to delete the application just like that. In the settings you can also choose one of three modes of use:
1. Parental controls only
2. Parental controls + Exercise – to get screen time, the child must do exercises
3. Parental control + Sports life - the child can earn extra time by completing additional exercises.
How to start using the MoveToPlay app:
1. Install MoveToPlay - Smart Parental Control on your phone;
2. Install MoveToPlay on your child’s phone and enter the code that you see in the application on the parent’s device;
3. Grant the necessary permissions on your child’s smartphone in the MoveToPlay application.
4. Now, on the parent’s device, in the MoveToPlay application, you can select applications that will be limited or blocked, you can set a schedule and view statistics on the applications used on the child’s smartphone, as well as statistics on the exercises performed.

The app uses accessibility features, which means elevated permissions are required for functionality such as tracking movement between apps, blocking access to apps, and sending information about time spent in an app to send information to the parent device. All restrictions are set by the parent and can be removed at any time.
