Monitor tens (or hundreds) of crawl spaces and basements with the Santa Fe Sentry app. Manage all of your properties/customers’ homes by exception – you are alerted only when there is a problem. Monitor crawl spaces, basements, or other spaces for water, humidity, and temperature issues. The Santa Fe Sentry gives you real time data that allows you to monitor multiple homes anytime from anywhere.

With the Santa Fe Sentry app and monitor users can:
•tConnect multiple home sites to monitor your entire customer base.
•tView dashboard for summary of all home sites and any active alerts.
•tView detailed site specific information for each home site.
•tReceive water alarm alerts to notify you and the homeowner of any bulk water so immediate action can be taken.
•tReceive mold and humidity alerts when relative humidity levels exceed recommended levels.
•tReceive temperature alerts when temperatures fall outside of recommended levels.
•tReceive connection alerts if the Wi-Fi connection is ever compromised.
•tReceive alerts and notifications via text message or email alerting you of any issues.
•tSilence alerts and alarms for individual sites, if needed.
•tView outside weather conditions to see how they compare to indoor conditions.
•tView history details to see when alarms, alerts, and notifications happened.
•tView interactive graphs to show overall performance.
•tGenerate reports summarizing conditions in the space.

The Santa Fe Sentry app requires installation of a Santa Fe Sentry monitor and water monitor in each home site you add. A working internet connection and Wi-Fi is also required.
