Detailed Description
Individual / private solution free version:
Receiving video calls, video before answering, opening up to 2 doors, viewing cameras, screenshots, favorites. Work within the network. The application does not need to be in memory. Video comes from 2 to 10 seconds (depends on phone, Internet and Android version). When using the SIP server True IP mini and white IP addresses, push notifications are activated to receive calls in 3G / 4G, the video comes up to 2 seconds.
Multi-apartment solution with paid licenses:
a) SIP server + T-nect LITE server + T-nect LITE licenses. Management of multiple objects (one object - one postal address) and multiple mobile applications (one license - one smartphone). Quick launch, automatic configuration and updating of settings for users, a video server for connecting a large number of users to cameras, push notifications on calls, video from cameras or an intercom comes in up to 2 seconds. Work in external and local networks.
b) SIP server + T-nect PRO server + T-nect PRO licenses. In addition to point (a), access to a unique information system is opened to create a unified information space and interaction: "UK - apartment owner - contractors" and "Developer - buyers".
Apartment owner:
- instant connection to the system via activation code
- receiving a video call from an intercom
- real-time notifications
- visitor snapshot / camera snapshot
- opening the door, barrier when making a call and when viewing the camera
- receiving news, information from the management company
- chat with UK
- participation in surveys and viewing results
