DNS66 allows Multi DNS management. It also allows other DNS servers to be added, for more privacy. Built for Android, DNS66 blocks malware, adware, spyware, ransomware and other weird things by default.You can add Google DNS (8.8.8.8), Cloudflare DNS(1.1.1.1), AdGuard DNS or any other Public DNS Server / Private DNS Server using DNS66.
Compared to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) DNS, Google (8.8.8.8) DNS & Psiphon VPN, DNS66 works without proxy stuff.
No root is required for DNS66.
DNS66 establishes a VPN interface and redirects DNS server traffic to it. The VPN interface filters the traffic based on your DNS manager only allowing URLs that are not blacklisted by you.
A host (list) can be configured as allow, deny, or ignore. A later entry in the list overrides a previous entry.
Custom DNS Servers can be configured as well but no differentiation is made between ignored and denied servers.
