You will receive an email from your advisor containing your login details. You can then choose to log in with a username and password or via your fingerprint.

Dashboard
You can view your data via the various tiles in the dashboard. You can also ask a question via the app about, for example, your policy or mortgage.

Report damage
How unfortunate that you suffered damage! You can use Appviseurs to report this damage to your advisor's office. Click on the 'Report damage' button to access a selection menu. Here you can select which category it concerns, for example motor vehicles in case of damage to your car. You then select the desired policy and the claim type. You must then describe the damage and add photos. You can take photos directly from the app or select photos from your photo or video gallery. Finally, report the damage to your advisor's office.

Information
Under the information tab you can find the contact details of your insurance office. The road map showing the location of your insurance office can be accessed via Google Maps and Apple Maps. From this tab you can also chat with your advisor, which is also possible via the 'Conversations' tab.
