My Car Membership is a contract management application exclusively for individuals/sole business customers who use Lotte Rent-a-Car long-term car rental.

○ Login
- You can sign up for My Car membership based on your personal information.
- Individual business customers can use membership by registering as an individual and registering personal business contract information.

○ Contract management
- After contract verification, you can check the contract status of the long-term rental car you use at Lotte Rent-a-Car.
- You can check the status of rental fees and fines charged and paid by Lotte Rent-a-Car.
- You can download contract-related certificates such as tax invoices and payment certificates.

○ IoT service
- You can check the vehicle operation status and driving score depending on the product and vehicle you have signed up for.
- You can check the vehicle status and location depending on the product or vehicle you have signed up for.

We will inform you about the access permissions used in the app.
In the case of optional access rights, you can use the app even if you do not agree to the permission.

○ If you are using a smartphone with Android OS version 6.0 or lower, all access rights can be applied as essential access rights without optional access rights.
In this case, you must upgrade the Android OS to 6.0 or higher and delete and reinstall the app to set access permissions properly.
