Detailed Description
"Seoul Safety Service is an app provided by the Seoul Metropolitan Government to ensure a safe journey home for all citizens through phone location data and Seoul City CCTV."
Required Permissions
-Bluetooth: Communication with smart security lights, Safe Bell (Help Me) integration
-Location Information: Home monitoring, emergency reporting, safe routes, location sharing with Safe Friends
-Camera: Emergency report 5-second video transmission, Safe Video feature
① Emergency Reporting
In an emergency, launch the Ansimi app and either tap the screen, shake the phone, or press the volume button three times to report to the autonomous district CCTV control center. The center monitors nearby CCTV footage and dispatches the police.
② Home Monitoring
When a citizen requests the service, the CCTV control center monitors nearby CCTV to ensure a safe return home.
③ Scout Reservation
Late-night commuters can reserve a scout to escort them to their destination.

Enables settings and control for users of provided safe warning lights.

Links portable SOS Safe Bell with the app for emergency reporting and safety services.

Transmits real-time smartphone video to the CCTV control center for added security.
⑨ Safe Map
Displays locations of safety facilities nearby, including smart security lights, CCTV, police stations, and safe parcel boxes.

◉ Precautions
① Outside of Seoul
Emergency Reporting: Redirects to "112" in the area.
Home Monitoring: No control service; text notifications only.
Scout Service: Not available.
Misuse of personal information or false emergency reports may lead to legal consequences.
② Emergency reports may be delayed
Processing may take time due to control center operations.
③ GPS accuracy may be affected
GPS signals may be inaccurate in underground areas, indoor environments, or densely built locations. If unavailable, the app will use the coordinates from the mobile network provider.
④ Test Mode for Emergency Reporting
Enable "Test Mode" in settings to simulate emergency reporting.
Adjust shake sensitivity settings to reduce false reports caused by daily phone movements.
⑤ Device Compatibility
Some features may not be supported on certain smartphone models.
⑥ Background Operation
The Ansimi service runs in the background to ensure safety in high-risk areas, which may increase battery consumption.
If you are not using the app, please close it completely.
◉ Information Collection
In emergencies, the user’s phone number and guardian contact may be shared with the resident police officer at the control center for communication. The Ansimi app only collects personal information while the service is actively in use to support safe commuting.
