With GS SPACE, you can check the status of your home and control your home IoT devices with your mobile, and turn it on or off automatically depending on the situation.

* main function
- Smart Home: Control home IoT devices such as heating, lighting, and gas anytime, anywhere.
- Smart Town: Notices such as management fees, notices, and delivery at a glance
- Smart Care: Customized automatic control mode according to your desired conditions, such as turning on the heating when the indoor temperature drops or automatically turning on the lights in the evening.
* Service target complex
Available for complexes moving in in the second half of 2019 (excluding some complexes). For other complexes, please use the “Xi Smart Home (Smart Care)” or “Xi SmartHome” app.
* Note
- To use GS SPACE safely, please always update your Android OS to the latest version.
- To use GS SPACE comfortably, we recommend installing it in an Android 7.0 or higher and 64bit environment.
- If you encounter any problems while using the app, please contact customer service at 1588-9770 (weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
You must check and allow the required access rights below to use the service (app).
* Required access rights
- Phone: Used for user identification and PUSH environment settings with the “Make and manage phone calls” permission.
* Optional access rights
- Notification: Used to notify when an event (smart mode execution, visitor, unmanned delivery locker, etc.) occurs.
Optional access rights require permission when using the function, and even if permission is not granted, services other than the function can be used.
