In light of the Egyptian government's keenness to enhance channels of interaction and dialogue and to involve all parties of society in the decision-making process, and based on the importance of activating partnership by benefiting from all opinions and proposals, the Information and Decision Support Center launched the platform and application of community participation "Hewar", who in turn are interested in identifying Societal priorities and reaching common visions for the best solutions to the obstacles and challenges facing the Egyptian society in order to achieve sustainable development
The platform and application aim to create an interactive environment among all segments of Egyptian society, "citizens, experts and specialists, state institutions, civil society organizations", by opening channels of communication and community dialogue on various issues, in a way that enables support and public policy making, and corrective measures and actions are taken in this regard. in an active participatory framework.
