If you’re concerned about type 2 diabetes or have been diagnosed with high-glucose levels, or pre-diabetes, Yes Health is for you. Our 16-week program is dedicated to helping you improve your nutrition, fitness and well-being. We’ve found that making small adjustments to your everyday habits can make a big difference to your overall health and help you prevent diabetes. Your personalized health plan matches your lifestyle, so whether you’re traveling, meeting friends for dinner or hanging out at home, your coaches and community are there to give you the support you need to meet your goals.

We’ve based our revolutionary program on findings from the landmark Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) trial supported by The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The study showed that making positive fitness, nutrition and lifestyle changes resulted in a 58% lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

For 16 weeks you’ll practice healthier nutrition, exercise and lifestyle habits until they become second nature. After completing the core program, we’ll continue to support your journey with Yes Health maintenance.
