Curbside SOS connects local law enforcement to towing companies and tow operators. Public safety 911 dispatch creates a tow order with detailed incident information. The order is forwarded to all registered tow companies to then review incident details, choose a tow operator and rig, and submit a quote. Jobs are awarded based on motorist preference or ETAs and affordability.
Our app connects your tow company dispatch to your tow operators to see their ETAs to an incident based on location data shared in the background, ensuring you can offer your best available response time. Our goal is to help you get roads cleared quickly for public safety.
When a job is assigned, location, vehicle and other details are sent straight to the operator's smartphone so they can map directions, report job status, upload photos, call non-emergency dispatch, and more, all from our app.
