One of the great works of the eminent Sheikh, the scholar Sheikh Muhammad bin Salih Al-Uthaymeen, may God Almighty have mercy on him, was his care, interest, and complete eagerness to establish the rules and principles in the legal sciences, so that students of knowledge would take the closest and safest ways to attain the desired educational attainment, comprehend the meanings of the legal texts and derive rulings and benefits from them.His blessed efforts - by the grace of God Almighty - have yielded in this honorable position a useful scientific heritage in contemplating the Qur’an and reciting it with insight. To reflect on the meanings of the Holy Qur’an and understand its commands, prohibitions and stories had great meanings and accurate concepts, especially if they were from the words of a great divine scholar who spent his life contemplating it. The verses of God Almighty and the understanding of the Sunnah of His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace.
And he, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever recites a letter from the Book of God, he will have a good deed for it, and the good deed is ten like it. I do not say the pain is a letter, but the Alif is a letter, and the Laam is a letter, and the Mim is a letter.” [Al-Tirmidhi and authenticated it].
