They'll reply within 48 hours and offer quick, unbureaucratic help with those issues and problems that come with living in a new place. The chat is anonymous, secure and for free.
The app also offers extensive information on topics such as Work and Careers, Health, Learning German, Housing, Residency and Family. In addition, mbeon also facilitates contact with migration advice services and with other important drop-in centres.
