As a customer of M. & A. Haus- und Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, you benefit from a particularly innovative customer service that offers you a great deal of freedom. With the M. & A. app you can report concerns and damage to us around the clock, including photo documentation via smartphone. In addition, we provide you with a digital document folder with important documents for your property(s). We use the digital bulletin board to proactively provide push notifications about important information about the properties entrusted to us.

- Fast and efficient communication: In our app you will find all information and documentation bundled in one place - in your pocket and available digitally at all times
- Always informed: Do you have questions about the rental agreement, re-ordering keys or owner meetings? In an FAQ area you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions.
- Interactive: You can record damage reports or other concerns with photos directly in the app. Your case will be processed quickly and you will receive regular status updates via push messages.
- Network with your neighbors: Use the message function to exchange ideas with your neighbors on important topics in the house.
