myBVI tracks how body composition changes over time as improving health starts with better understanding your own body.

Most people assume the Body Mass Index (BMI) is the right starting point to measure health, but it only measures height and weight. The new Body Volume Index (BVI) now provides a better way to measure, track and improve your health by measuring the inside and the outside of the body.

With myBVI you don’t need a wearable device or smart scales to monitor your health and understand your body composition.

Body images are never captured, and no data stored anywhere other than on your own smartphone.

Body composition doesn't change overnight, but the myBVI app allows you to track your body composition over time in the comfort of your own home in just less than a minute, providing better data to help you focus on your health by understanding where your weight is, rather than just total weight.
In myBVI, three health measures are provided after completing a scan successfully. These are Total Body Fat Percentage, Visceral Fat, and Waist to Hip Ratio; all accepted as better indicators of health risk than BMI. Different result levels are provided for each measurement to help you, shown visually through a traffic light system of colours and a numerical value.
