SCP-049, known as the Plague Doctor, infects and converts villagers into zombies, attacking players and inflicting wither effects. SCP-682 is an immortal creature that destroys everything in its path, including its own kind.
SCP-053 is a small girl, approaching whom causes a heart attack in players; if the player hits her, they will die. SCP-939 is a creature that preys on animals and mobs, mimicking sounds of other mobs and making loud noises when damaged, but does not attack sneaking players. SCP-019 is a pot with a monster that spawns SCP-019-2 and can be broken with a diamond pickaxe or a button press. SCP-999 is a friendly mob that emits funny sounds near the player and grants protective and saturation effects.
SCP-066 is a creepy red mob that makes loud noises when the player approaches, rolls around, and can knock the player back but does not deal damage. SCP-1048 is a small, cute teddy bear that creates teddy bear friends, transforming into a giant bear after creating enough bear offspring, which then attacks players and can summon friends only when the player is far away. SCP-106 is a dangerous mob resembling an old man that traverses obstacles to reach its prey. SCP-096 is a powerful mob with high health and damage that kills players and mobs who view its face and runs quickly, capable of breaking blocks during pursuit.
SCP-1000: Giant ape, neutral to the player, attacks mobs. SCP-250: Dinosaur skeleton, kills humans and pigs. SCP-3199: Fast humanoid-chicken, attacks players and humans. SCP-093: Body with holes instead of a face, kills humans and players. SCP-458: Box with infinite pizza. SCP-012: Dangerous mixture, inflicts effects on players. SCP-811: Swamp woman, jumps and eats victims. SCP-1316: Cat, summons rebels. SCP-303: Butler with a huge mouth, makes creepy sounds. SCP-131: Eye cube, holds SCP-173. SCP-082: Green-skinned cannibal, attacks players and humans. SCP-073: Humanoid boy with metallic hands, immortal, deals damage and turns grass into dirt, reflecting damage to the attacker, protects players from monsters but stops if attacked.
People in the SCP addon:
D-Class: They run away from monsters, transform into SCP-049-2, and take pistols for self-defense.

Researcher: They protect people and attack mobs in danger.
Insurgent: They protect D-Class, attack scientists, and are capable of destroying blocks.
Nine-Tailed Fox: They protect scientists and attack D-Class.
