On the platform, you can offer services for the donation of oocytes (eggs), semen, as well as surrogacy services. Applicants for these services can use the platform at the same time. Subjects offering their services must meet the medical criteria established by law. The application only allows people to find each other, and does not replace medical institutions that carry out medical manipulations .. The application helps to carry out the first stage of the ART program - selection of patients. The parties themselves in the application set the cost of services, the other party can reject or accept the cost, as well as offer its own cost. The application takes 7% commission from the agreed amount of the transaction between the parties. The parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of the country - the place of the transaction.
As a general rule, a written contract can be concluded by drawing up one document (including an electronic one). The agreement of the terms in the application confirms the transaction.
A woman in the age group from 20 to 35 years old can become a surrogate mother. A mandatory requirement for her to have one of her own full-fledged child and a conclusion from a psychiatrist, a narcologist and about the reproductive capacity of reproduction. You will also need the written information consent of all those involved in the procedure, including the husband of the surrogate mother, if any.
Before treatment with the use of ART, the following examination should be carried out:
For both spouses:
- determination of class M and G immunoglobulins to human immunodeficiency virus 1, 2 (hereinafter - HIV 1, 2) and p24 / 25 antigen (Agp24 / 25) (test shelf life - 3 months),
- determination of immunoglobulins of class M and G for hepatitis B and C viruses in the blood (the shelf life of the study is 3 months),
- determination of immunoglobulins of class M and G to Trepontma pallidum in the blood (the shelf life of the study is 3 months),
- molecular biological examination of scrapings from the cervical canal (for women) or the urethra and / or ejaculate (for men) for the identification of the genetic material of Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia trachomatis, Ureaplasma spp., Mycoplasma hominis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Trichomonas vaginalis - studies 1 year);
For a woman:
- a clinical blood test (the shelf life of the study is 1 month),
- a biochemical general therapeutic blood test (the shelf life of the study is 1 month),
- coagulogram (approximate study of the hemostasis system) (shelf life of the study - 1 month),
- general urine analysis (study shelf life - 1 month),
- determination of immunoglobulins of class M and G to Rubella in the blood,
- determination of blood group and Rh factor (once),
- microscopic examination of a smear from the cervical canal and vagina (the shelf life of the study is 1 month),
- cytological examination of a smear from the surface of the cervix and from the cervical canal (the shelf life of the study is 1 year),
- molecular biological study of scrapings from the cervical canal to identify the genetic material of Herpes simplex 1, 2, Cytomegalovirus (the shelf life of the study is 1 year),
- Transvaginal ultrasound of the pelvic organs (before joining the ART program),
- fluorography of the lungs (the shelf life of the study is 1 year),
- electrocardiogram (test shelf life - 1 year),
- consultation with a general practitioner (consultation period of validity - 1 year),
- examination of the mammary glands: for all women - an ultrasound of the mammary glands on the 7-11th day of the menstrual cycle, from the age of 40 years and older - mammography, if a pathology is detected, an oncologist's consultation (the shelf life of the study is 1 year).
For a man:
- study of the ejaculate (the shelf life of the study is 6 months).
