Alhamdulillah, thanks be to Allah S.W.T, finally we, PonPon Media, have successfully completed the application Bidayatul Hidayah Book. Bidayatul Hidayah Book is one of the books written by Imam Hujjatul Islam Al-Ghazali r.a. Imam Al-Ghazali's full name is Abu Hamid Muhammad bin Muhammad bin Ta'us Ath-thusi Asy-Syafi'I Al-Ghazal.

Briefly, he is often called Al-Ghazali. He was born in 450H/1058AD in Ghazalah, a village on the outskirts of Thus City, Kurasan Region, Iran. In accordance with the meaning of its name, Bidayatul Hidayah, this book is a kind of life guide from the beginning (Bidayah) and will end in Hidayah (guidance).

In this book, Imam Al-Ghazali outlines the daily practices that we must do every day and the etiquette for carrying out acts of worship, so that the worship can be done well, meaningfully and give a deep impression. Apart from that, he mentioned the etiquette of a person's interaction with God, the creator of the world and also his interactions with all levels of society around him.

Bidayatul Hidayah is a form of the yellow book written by Imam Al-Ghazali. Bidayatul Hidayah Book, is a book that discusses the initial process of a servant receiving guidance from Allah SWT. And also explains the ethics of trying to get closer to the Almighty Creator with correct procedures and manners. This book contains Imam Ghozali's advice, namely the initial process of a servant receiving guidance from ALLAH SWT, where a servant really needs help and guidance.

Bidayatul Hidayah is a phenomenal yellow book so we are interested in creating a digital version of the yellow book to make it easier for congregations, students and teachers to convey the knowledge and wisdom in this yellow book of bidayatul hidayah. In Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah circles, this book is a complementary book for learning Shafi'i jurisprudence, because Imam Ghazali also belonged to the Shafi'i school of thought.

The Book of Bidayatul Hidayah in general contains about the etiquette of obedience, tips for leaving immorality, various obstacles in life, good manners and etiquette, as well as procedures for interacting with humans, the Almighty Creator, and fellow creatures. If in fiqh we only study whether worship is valid or not, in this Bidayatul Hidayah book we learn how to perfect worship, by doing the sunnah.

Through this book, Imam Al-Ghazali provides guidance to humanity to become good and complete humans according to the views of God Almighty and the views of humans. Because this book discusses instructions for carrying out obedience, avoiding immorality and eradicating diseases in the heart, it is also able to enable humans to always cleanse their souls (Tazkiyat an Nafs) so that they can receive blessings from Allah and be safe in the world and the hereafter.
