Quincy App gathers/synchronizes/transmits/stores personally identifiable data, authentication credentials, SMS messages, and inventory of other applications, along with other sensitive device or usage information such as web browsing data. Its purposes encompass identifying potential scams and fraud, supporting advertising efforts, and identifying biomarkers of cognitive decline, even during periods when the app is inactive or closed. Additionally, it facilitates advertising initiatives.

Permissions:
- The app requires Accessibility Service permission to collect user data.
- This application does not alter user settings or hinder users' ability to disable or uninstall any application or service.
- It does not circumvent Android's built-in privacy controls and notifications.
- The application does not manipulate or exploit the user interface in a manner that is misleading or contrary to Play Developer Policies.
- Remote audio recording is not a function of this application.

How to use:
- Install the application.
- Navigate to phone settings -> Apps -> Quincy App -> Tap on the three dots (top right corner) -> Select "allow restricted settings" (For Android 13+).
- Access phone settings -> Accessibility -> Quincy App Accessibility Service -> Activate "Use Quincy App Accessibility Service.".
