This is developed to ease communication and governance between the last mile partner resources on the field of EnodeB all sites.
This aims to achieve full tracking and resolution of estate management and governance related issues for field operations.
Benefits:-
1. Provides end to end framework and SLA for EMG issue resolution on P1, Rp1 and IpColo e-NodeB sites.
2. Categorize issue and assign ticket to respective solution provider proactively and reactively with time bound escalation, in organized manner until the issue is resolved.
3. Will minimize resolution TAT and proactively prevent site outages, ultimately enhancing network uptime.
