App to support GPs, secretaries and patients
Detailed Description
MMG2 was created after careful and prolonged observation of the outpatient work carried out by the General Practitioner.
The APP aims to offer a doctor-patient communication service, aimed at streamlining the flow of patients in the clinic and facilitating the processing of prescriptions/medical orders. It allows patients to send requests for drugs or healthcare services and allows doctors to communicate the production of the same in a streamlined and linear manner.
Once the prescription has been prepared, the doctor also has the possibility of sending the electronic prescription number (NRE) to the patient, allowing all his patients to collect the medicine conveniently at the pharmacy, without the need to go to the clinic.
All processed requests end up in the doctor's and patient's archives.
Possibility of:
- Send "mass communications": With one click the doctor can send messages to all patients, for example regarding: changing clinic hours, doctor substitution, availability for vaccines, etc.
- Make appointments: the patient views available appointments set directly by the doctor.
- Search for GP and substitute PLS: function divided by province.
- Always up-to-date display of pharmacy shifts.
Purposes and advantages:
- Avoid multi-channel means by which requests arrive at the doctor. The use of multiple means leads to fragmentation of work environments, waste of time, risks related to the loss of information as well as problems related to the security of the sensitive personal data processed.
- Provide the doctor with a tool that allows them to save precious time, avoid annoying interruptions in their clinical activity and bypass the use of doctor-patient communication channels that do not guarantee adequate protection of sensitive personal data.
- Offer all patients (especially the elderly and disabled) the opportunity to interact on their behalf
their duly authorized family members (or guardian/legal administrator), even if they are physically distant.
