GE RFS is one of Davisware’s robust mobile apps for service technicians working in the field.Designed to work with only the 21.04 of GlobalEdge, this application includes new functionality for XOi Integration. The new functionality includes Deeplink Integration to the XOi Mobile App. The tech is able to keep an XOi job open across multiple days. In addition, more than 1 XOi job can be created and link to a single GE Service Order.
