By registering once, you always have your digital business card at hand. In addition to the standard details, you can also upload a profile picture and a company logo for better recognition. Write an about you section and set tags that will help identify you and your job. Share your business card via a link or scan your counterpart's QR code, and both of you will automatically have the other person's business card saved in the integrated wallet of your CoFox app. The big advantage is that you can keep it always up to date, even after exchange. If any of your data changes, edit your digital business card, and those to whom you have already sent your card will receive the update the next time they open the app.
Save your QR code, by a long tap, in your gallery and use it, like your personal link, in your email signature, for example.

We now added the possibility to add analog business cards via scan. You can edit the information after or during the save process. QR codes from other business cards can also be scanned. After receiving or scanning a business card, you can take notes or set tags about the person on the flipped card. That will help you remember the person later on but also find her or his business card via the built-in search function. You can also call the person directly from the app, write an email or connect via LinkedIn.

For your next meeting with a customer, no matter if it's a simple call or a meeting with a new lead at a trade fair, we offer you the option of creating an individualized questionnaire. Setting up the questionnaire is very easy. Enter your questions and you have the choice between simple yes-no answers and continuous text answers. You can create lists of your products, rate the lead directly or use the slider to classify your customer's budget. After creating the questionnaire, you can simply open your customer’s business card via the wallet, swipe to the side to flip the card, click on the + sign and the questionnaire will be added.
