HOW TO USE?

To use the mobile application, you need a smartphone with NFC function and an ID card. Place your ID card on the back of your smartphone, enter PIN 1 and use your personal account.

Every Belarusian has personal accounts on E-Pasluga, information about which is included in the Population Register. Your personal account is activated the first time you log in.

It is also possible to become a user without an ID card: log in using your phone number, email, Google or Facebook accounts.

In your personal account, in addition to ordering hundreds of services and administrative procedures, you can use citizen e-mail services, checking the validity of documents, and an electronic wallet.
