If the fiancé intends to conclude the marriage contract, it is recommended that he begin by praising God and praying for His Messenger Muhammad - may God bless him and grant him peace -, and then say: “I bear witness that there is no god but God, and I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of God. I have come to you to ask for your daughter (and mention her name and the name of her father ), and it came from the Messenger saying: “Praise be to God, we praise Him, we seek His help, we seek His forgiveness, and we seek refuge in God from the evils of ourselves and the bad deeds of our deeds. محمداً عبده ورسوله، قال -تعالى-: (يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا رِجَالًا كَثِيرًا وَنِسَاءً وَاتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ الَّذِي تَسَاءَلُونَ بِهِ وَالْأَرْحَامَ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيبًا)،وقال -تعالى-: (يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِ وَلَا تَمُوتُنَّ إِلَّا وَأَنتُم مُّسْلِمُونَ)،وقال: (يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ وَقُولُوا قَوْلًا سَدِيدًا* يُصْلِحْ لَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَمَن يُطِعِ ال He and His Messenger have won a great victory.” Then it is desirable to say, as Ibn Umar, may God be pleased with them both, said: “I will marry you according to what God has commanded of celibacy with favor or release with kindness.”
